Sensei Andrew went over four techniques tonight:
O-Goshi Counter Drill
This drill involves tori and uke both attacking with and defending against o-goshi. As tori - step in and attack with o-goshi. The uke will block the throw, step around you, then attack with their own o-goshi, which you block. Continue attacking and defending in this fashion up and down the mat.
Harai-Goshi
Standard harai-goshi practice:

Harai-Goshi to O-Soto-Gari
This exercise has the tori attack with harai-goshi with the uke blocking it. When the uke blocks the throw, hop around on one foot so that you're facing in the opposite direction and attack with o-soto-gari.
Juji-Gatame Drill
Standard armbar training drill. Tori is in a defensive position on their back while uke is attacking from the guard position. Grab one of the uke's arms and swing it across your chest - shrimp in the same direction you're moving the arm and hook under the uke's outer leg with your free hand. You should be sideways from the uke now - using your legs topple the uke over and apply the arm bar.
